You’ll be guided through flowing sequences that honour the balance between effort and ease, encouraging deep focus, self-awareness, and joy. Expect to leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected — from the inside out.

Vinyassa Yoga

Thursdays at 8am & Saturdays at 7am | 60 mins

From April to September: on the sandy beach in Lyme Regis
From October to March: indoors at Masonic Hall, Lyme Regis

From coast to mat, this is yoga designed to ground, uplift, & reconnect.

Join weekly vinyasa classes by the sea in Lyme Regis, both on the beach and in a light-filled indoor space every Thursday and Saturday morning.  Expect mindful movement, calming breathwork, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Tailored sessions to meet you exactly where you are.

Recharge your mind and body with a bespoke yoga and wellbeing experience on the stunning Dorset coast. Whether you're looking for a 1:1 session, a private class for friends, or a nourishing retreat-style moment during your holiday — I’ll shape the session around your needs.

What should I bring?

For beach classes: A mat or beach towel, plus a few layers — it can feel fresh first thing!

 

For indoor classes: Just your mat.

Can beginners join?

Absolutely. All classes are beginner-friendly and inclusive. I’m happy to stay a little after class to go over any poses or answer questions.

What happens if it rains in summer?

British weather does what it likes! Please check your phone the day before and morning of class — I’ll notify you if the class needs to move indoors due to rain.
