ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Pip — a yoga teacher, space-holder, and believer in the quiet power of self-connection.
It started with a single class — and changed everything.
Fifteen years ago, I stepped nervously into my first yoga class... and never looked back. Before I’d even rolled up my mat, I was already googling where to go next.
I remember walking out feeling spacious and free — energised, yet deeply relaxed. It felt like coming home.
I quickly fell in love with the physical side of yoga — arm balances, handstands, splits. It was the first time I truly loved what my body could do. Through the movement, I found presence. Through the breath, I found peace.
Over time, yoga became more than a practice — it became my anchor through life's ups and downs. It helped me regulate my emotions, build resilience, and stay grounded even in the chaos. It reminded me to slow down, savour the small things and believe in myself.
