1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your place on the class/ workshop / event
All payments are non-refundable unless the class/ workshop / event is cancelled by Maitri Yoga with Pip. In that case, you will be refunded the full amount you have paid.

2. Accessibility and Inclusion

Maitri Yoga with Pip is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. We believe that yoga and wellbeing practices should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background, identity, or ability and we aim to accommodate diverse needs wherever reasonably possible. If you have any access needs, concerns, or suggestions, we encourage you to contact us before booking so we can work together to ensure your retreat experience is safe, comfortable, and enriching.

3. Cancellations by you & Refunds

If you cancel your booking, no refund will be issued. This includes cancellations due to illness, travel disruption, or personal circumstances.
No refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

4. Changes & Cancellations by Us

If Maitri Yoga with Pip cancels the class / workshop / event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class / workshop / event.

5. Health & Safety

You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the class / workshop / event.
It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or mental health concerns prior to attending .
Participation is at your own risk. Maitri Yoga with Pip is not liable for injury, illness, or loss during any class / workshop / event.
You should be mindful of your own body’s capabilities during the class / workshop / event. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activities whilst in the class/ workshop / event then you must desist immediately.
Pregnant participants must consult with their healthcare provider before attending and participate at their own risk.

6. Conduct

We ask all guests to be respectful of others, the yoga space, and local customs.
Maitri Yoga with Pip reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the class/ workshop / event without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

7. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the class / workshop / event for promotional use. You will be asked to provide written consent prior to participation if there is going to be any photography or videos.
If you do not wish to appear in any media please inform us in writing before the class / workshop / event

8. Liability Waiver

By booking and attending the retreat, you acknowledge that you participate in the class / workshop / event at your own risk and agree to release Maitri Yoga with Pip and all associated staff from liability for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the class / workshop / event
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and store your personal data only as necessary to manage your booking and participation.
Your data will be handled securely and in accordance with UK GDPR. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Contact & Complaints

We are committed to ensuring that your retreat experience is positive, respectful, and professionally managed. If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback before, during, or after the retreat, please contact us directly.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

By booking your place on this class / workshop / event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions
