Service Description

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned mover, these sessions are designed to support, inspire, and gently challenge you. You’ll be guided through flowing sequences that honour the balance between strength and softness, helping you find focus, ease, and joy in every breath. Set against the backdrop of the sea, this is your space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the beauty around you. Please bring your own yoga mat, if you do not have one please contact me beforehand.
