Pip has completed her 500 hour yoga alliance accredited teacher training, specializing in vinyasa yoga but also includes hatha, meditation, breathwork, guided relaxation & yoga nidra. Pip has also undertaken a trauma informed yoga and somatic practices course for adults and is also an accredited children’s yoga teacher with a specialist focus on trauma. 

Pip’s own resonance with, and ability to share the classical concepts, wisdoms and true transformative impacts of yoga, make her classes authentic and unique. 

Pip classes are a safe space to have fun, explore and work hard whilst at the same time finding grace and softness within the practice. 

Her students are instantaneously transported away from the hustle of daily life allowing them to find an oasis of serenity on their mat. Pip’s compassionate approach leads students to truly nourish their inner self and ultimately those in the world around them.
